Smoking is not allowed in our apartments/rooms
The ash trays provided are to be used solely on the balcony/terrace

Parking
Directly next to the house and/or on the large car park of the industrial park (Gewerbepark) at the entrance to Serfaus

Cleaning products and vacuum cleaners
Cleaning products for the bathroom and kitchen are provided and there is a vacuum cleaner in each apartment

Ski and boot storage room with a boot dryer
A room is available in the basement for storing your equipment and drying your boots

We meet the COVID hygiene regulations

Laundry service
Towels and table linen are changed on Wednesdays or as required. Bed linen is changed once a week for longer stays or as required

Room safe
Each of our apartments/rooms is fitted with a safe for your valuables

Booking Information

Arrival
You can arrive at any time
If you plan to arrive early in the morning or late at night, please arrange this with us in advance.
The apartments are ready immediately, or as soon as they have been cleaned.
You are welcome to stay in the guest lounge until you move into your apartment.

Departure
We kindly ask you to heck-out of your accommodation by 09:30.
Guests are welcome to stay in the guest lounge even after check-out.

Reservations
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the reservation confirmation and payment of the deposit.

Payment terms

• Deposit: Bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the reservation confirmation
• Final payment: we generally request payment in cash/bank transfer by prior arrangement
  (payment by credit or debit card is not possible)

Cancellation terms
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply; "relaxed cancellation terms" can be arranged depending on the situation.

Travel insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance. The "Europäische Reiseversicherung" insurance company (www.europaeische.at) insures Covid-19 risks as well as private cancellation reasons.
